I’m Sara Seay (she/they), and I’m an administrative professional specializing in program management, client stewardship, and data analysis. My background as a school librarian has made me an asset in innovating solutions, resource management, identifying goals and objectives, and providing data-informed feedback for planning. As Office Coordinator, I organize and coordinate the efforts of the staff with an eye toward effectiveness, efficiency, and documentation. I’m a generalist who wears many hats so that our specialists can concentrate on using their expertise to help as many clients as possible, and I’m happy to work with a team focused on empowering people by restoring their sense of agency. I use assistive technology every day in dressing, cooking, working, and at play, so I’m an outspoken proponent of trying new technologies whenever they can improve your quality of life.
