I’m Sara Seay (she/they), and I’m an administrative professional specializing in program management, client stewardship, and data analysis. My background as a school librarian has made me an asset in innovating solutions, resource management, identifying goals and objectives, and providing data-informed feedback for planning. As Office Coordinator, I organize and coordinate the efforts of the staff with an eye toward effectiveness, efficiency, and documentation. I’m a generalist who wears many hats so that our specialists can concentrate on using their expertise to help as many clients as possible, and I’m happy to work with a team focused on empowering people by restoring their sense of agency. I use assistive technology every day in dressing, cooking, working, and at play, so I’m an outspoken proponent of trying new technologies whenever they can improve your quality of life.

I am Ezra Reynolds, Assistive Technology Professional. I have been with Signal Centers for over thirteen years. I help people find devices to be more independent; if one does not exist I can often adapt or build something to help. I have a degree in Computer Science and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

I have been legally blind since I was a child. My diagnosis is Stargardts , a juvenile progressive form of macular degeneration. After many years of different occupations, including a 25 year stint as a bartender, I came to Signal Centers to gain additional blindness skills that would help me find a new career. Through the direction of the AT staff, I received my certification for JAWS, a screen reading software, and shortly thereafter was hired by Signal Centers to lead JAWS classes. In addition, I co-facilitate group meetings on adjustment to blindness, am part of transportation group which ensures reliable and safe transportation for blind citizens of Chattanooga and the surrounding areas, and also teach voice-over apps for Apple products.

Lana Little is the Community Liaison at Signal Centers. Mrs. Little has her MS in Rehabilitation Counseling with a Deafness focus from UTK with over 20 years experience working with people who have a wide range of disabilities. Lana is a certified DeafBlind specialist and also a Rehabilitation Counselor. She completed her Deaf-Blindness certification through Northern Illinois University with onsite training at the Helen Keller Center in Long Island, New York. She is the President of the Chattanooga University Community Lions Club, a member of the Scenic City Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind, a member of the TN Organization of the Deaf-Blind, and is a member of the Choo Choo Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America.
