Carolyn Boyd ‘s career in education and social services spans more than 25 years and runs the gamut of guiding and directing programs for children, youth and older adults. In her role as Chief Program Officer at Signal Centers, Inc., Carolyn administers several programs including Assistive Technology Services and Adult Day Services that provide technology and training, and an art, social-based program for individuals with disabilities. Carolyn is a member of Lions Club and has served on many community collaboratives, including the Mayor’s Council on Disabilities. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Research Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
