These eleven (11) centers are collectively referred to as the CCR&R Network. The mission of Signal Centers' CCR&R Network is to provide resources for parents/caregivers, child care professionals, employers, and the community that support quality care and development of children. MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: Through the AT&T Excelerator Program, the Marketing and Development Department was able to expand its current donor management system to meet the increasing demand to track donors, funders, and community involvement with the agency.
